北海道東部太平洋沿岸に分布するスケトウダラ Theragra chalcogramma の産卵回遊と産卵場 Spawning migration and spawning ground of walleye pollock Theragra chalcogramma distributed along the Pacific coast of eastern Hokkaido 濱津, 友紀 ハマツ, トモノリ Hamatsu, Tomonori 濱津 ハマツ Hamatsu 友紀 トモノリ Tomonori 八吹, 圭三 ヤブキ, ケイゾウ Yabuki, Keizou 八吹 ヤブキ Yabuki 圭三 ケイゾウ Keizou metadata only access We examined changes in the adult stock abundance and gonadal maturity of walleye pollock, Theragra chalcogramma, distributed along the Pacific coast of eastern Hokkaido, from September 1990 to May 1994. The spawning stock size decreased from September through December or January, and increased after that. Most adult pollocks matured from September through January, February or March, and spawned after that. We inferred many adult pollocks migrated to the adjacent waters of Funka Bay, which is a major pollock spawning ground, and spawned in those waters. Some adult pollocks spawned along the Pacific coast of eastern Hokkaido.
