          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">Peroxidized fatty acids and carbonyl compounds in oxidized fish oils play a part of discolorations of these in contact with ammonia. We presumed that these discolorations are due, in a part, to reactions analogous to amine-aldehyde's one.</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">1. 不飽和脂肪酸の酸化生成物が塩基性窒素化合物と接触して着色する現象には,その中の過酸化物及びアルデヒドが大いにあずかっている。2. 此の着色現象の少くとも一因をなすものとして,所謂アミン·アルデヒド反応を予想した。</datacite:description>
