淡水飼育されたシロザケが Aeromonas salmonicida に対して産生する凝集抗体の性状 Gel Chromatography of Anti-Aeromonas salmonicida Agglutinating Antibody of Chum Salmon Raised in Freshwater 30371842 Ikeda, Kazuo 池田, 和夫 イケダ, カズオ Ikeda 池田 イケダ Kazuo 和夫 カズオ metadata only access chum salmon; Aeromonas salmonicida; gel chromatography; agglutinin Chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) raised in freshwater for 16 months were immunized by a single intraperitoneal injection of formalinized Aeromonas salmonicida. After four weeks, blood was taken from immunized chum salmon and the antiserumwas fractionated by column chromatography on Sephadex G-200, Sepharose 6B and Sepharose 4 B. Each fraction was measured at an optical density of 280 nm, and asseyed for antibody activity. The agglutinin activity was found in void volume on Sephadex G-200, in Kav = 0.3 on Sepharose 6 B and in Kav = 0.4~0.5 on Sepharose 4 B, respectively. These results show that anti-A. salmonicida chum salmon agglutinin was high molecular weight antibody similar to human IgM. A low moleculer weight antibody was not detected.
