          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">Carp fingerlings from five races, Mirror, Scaly-German, Yamato-Suwa, Yamato-Saku, and Wild, were raised on a commercial feed from August to February in indoor aquaria supplied with 25℃ heated well water and also in outdoor ponds with running well water which temperature was fluctuated from 13 to 18.5℃ by seasons. Order of the body weight gain of fish kept in indoor aquaria was Mirror&gt;Scaly-German Yamato-Suwa&gt;Yamato-Saku&gt;Wild. The fish samples for analyses were taken from each group in October, December and February. After making homogeneous pooled samples, proximate analysis was carried out. Although the proximate composition of these five races were not significantly different from each other, the mean of moisture content of Mirror carp reared in indoor aquarium was the highest. Correlation between moisture content and crude fat conten in five races was Moisture (%)=82.1-1.0X. (n=30, r =- 0.92, p&lt;0.01) X=crude fat content.</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">5品種のコイの体成分を比較検討する目的で,25℃調温水の屋内水槽で,6ヶ月間配合飼料給餌による飼育を行った。その飼育魚および屋外池(13~18.5℃)飼育魚の全魚体の一般成分を分析した。1. 体重の増加はカガミ&gt;ヤマト諏訪ミウロコ&gt;ヤマト佐久&gt;野生の順であった。2. 5品種間の一般成分の差は極めて少なかったが,カガミは蛋白質および粗脂肪含量が低く,水分含量が高い傾向が認められた。3. コイの全魚体の水分含量(Y)と粗脂肪含量(x)との間に,Y=82.1-1.0x(r=ー0.92)の回帰直線式が得られ,有意水準1%で負の相関が認められた。4. 脂質成分組成には,5品種間でとくに大きな差は認められなかった。</datacite:description>
