アコヤガイ外套膜の縁膜部に含まれる元素 An acetone-soluble pigment in the pallial zone of the mantle tissue of the pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata (Gould) Yano, Isao 3304 矢野, 勲 ヤノ, イサオ アコヤガイ Pinctada fucata の外套膜，特に真珠層を分泌形成する縁膜部に含まれるカロチノイド色素を薄層およびカラムクロマトグラフィーで調べた。 外套膜の縁膜部からアセトンで抽出した色素の不ケン化物はアルミナカラムで黄色の１分画に分けられた。色素は Partition test の結果下層性を示し，シリカゲルGを吸着剤とした薄層クロマトグラフィーでの Rf 値は0.14であった。また，可視部吸収スペクトルの吸収極大はカロチノイド色素の一種フラボキサンチンのそれに類似していた。 An acetone soluble pigment in the pallial zone of the mantle tissue of the pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata, was investigated by means of column and thin-layer chromatography. The absorption maxima of the yellow pigment extracted from the pallial zone of the mantle tissue are shown in Table 1.
