We analysed factors that caused an increase or decrease in the amount of income by focusing on recreational fishing fees, and compensation  and dues.  The median ratio (FY2017/FY2010) in compensation for 2017 Increase Cooperative was increasing (375%), compared with recreational fishing fee (67%) and dues (82%).  The median ratio (FY2017/FY2010) in compensation for 2017 Decrease Cooperative, was decreasing (32%), compared with recreational fishing fee (67%) and dues (75%).  Compensation would be main factor that caused an increase or decrease in the amount of income, because of the median of ratio (compensation/total income) in the fiscal year with having larger income was
