| 内容記述 | 北海道の主要水揚港における生鮮サケの価格変動に着目し、その短期および長期の変動要因を検討した。サケの水揚げが前年よりも減少した年の産地価格は前年の価格より上昇し、逆に水揚げが前年よりも増加した年の産地価格は前年の価格より下がった。水揚港におけるサケの価格は水揚量との間で負の相関が見られたことから、水揚港でのサケの価格は水揚量によって規定されていることが明らかになった。また、北海道の主要水揚港におけるサケの産地価格が生鮮サケ・マス類の輸入量の影響を受けていることが明らかになった。北海道全体のサケの産地価格は生鮮サケ・マス類の輸入量の影響で長期変動を示し、地域におけるサケの産地価格は水揚量の影響で短期変動を示した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Factors on short-term and long-term changes in the wholesale price of salmon at the main landing ports in Hokkaido were examined. The wholesale price increased in the year when the landing amount of salmon decreased from the previous year. A negative correlation between the landing amount and prices of salmon at the landing port indicated that the prices of salmon were influenced by the landing amount. It was also clarified that the import amount of salmon influenced the wholesale price of salmon. The wholesale price of salmon in the entire Hokkaido showed the long-term variability depending on the amount of imported salmon, and the wholesale price of salmon in the regions showed the short-term variability depending on the amount of landed salmon. | |||||||||||
