In March, the gill Na⁺, K⁺-ATPase activity of the cortisol group was 1.5-fold higher than that of the control group injected only with saline. Plasma sodium concentrations 24 h after transfer to seawater for the cortisol and GH groups declined to 164.3 mM and 153.5 mM, respectively, while the control group had 191.1 mM. In May, however, the gill Na⁺, K⁺-ATPase activity in all these treatments elevated to 16.8 - 17.1 μmols Pi/mg pro/h and the plasma sodium concentrations decreased to 148.0 - 154.5 mM. Administration of cortisol and GH had no effect on seawater tolerance in May. These results indicate that cortisol and GH are important hormones promoting seawater tolerance in sockeye salmon, while effects of these hormones may vary with administration time.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"さけ・ます資源管理センター","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"the National Salmon Resources Center","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"80015917414","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_relation_16":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"salmon-k-k_5-5","subitem_relation_type_select":"Local"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11339120","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1344-7556","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"伴, 真俊","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"バン, マサトシ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"Ban, Masatoshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{"familyName":"伴","familyNameLang":"ja"},{"familyName":"バン","familyNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"familyName":"Ban","familyNameLang":"en"}],"givenNames":[{"givenName":"真俊","givenNameLang":"ja"},{"givenName":"マサトシ","givenNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"givenName":"Masatoshi","givenNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2024-04-05"}],"filename":"salmon-k-k_5-5.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"99KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://fra.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2001607/files/salmon-k-k_5-5.pdf"},"version_id":"b605a6c1-77bb-4b2a-8366-4d88785bfa42"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"sockeye salmon; seawater tolerance; gill Na⁺,K⁺ATPase; cortisol; growth hormone","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"コーチゾルと成長ホルモンがベニザケの海水適応能に与える影響","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"コーチゾルと成長ホルモンがベニザケの海水適応能に与える影響","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Effects of Cortisol and Growth Hormone on the Seawater Tolerance of Sockeye Salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka)","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"10","path":["1716955843765"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2024-04-05"},"publish_date":"2024-04-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"2001607","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["コーチゾルと成長ホルモンがベニザケの海水適応能に与える影響"],"weko_creator_id":"10","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-06-30T02:18:33.824426+00:00"}
