Survival trended to reduce at higher temperature and lower salinity conditions with elapsed time of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 hours. The upper median temperature tolerance limits after 96 hours were estimated to be 5˚C in 40% S. W., 8˚C in 60% S. W., 15.5˚C in 80% S. W. and 20.5℃ in 100% S. W. by graphical interpolation. Immortal conditions (100% survival) 96 hours survival were computed below 9˚C and above 25% S with a response surface method, and also uninfluenced conditions (100% activeness) were below 6˚C and above 31% S.
