| 内容記述 | The phosphorus content of several kinds of synthetic detergent, laboratory detergents and domestic cleanser, were examined, and it was found to be in the range of 1 to 5%. When these detergents were added to the culture medium, some of them played an active role in the growth of phytoplanktons (Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Olisthodiscus sp.) as the source of phosphorus, and others were seen to be rather toxic. Then the toxicity of two kinds of detergent on the growth of phytoplankton were examined, and the surfactant of detergent was non-toxic at the concentration of 1 ppm although toxic at 10 ppm. Tripolyphosphate, the builder of synthetic detergent, also played an active role on growth. | |||||
