Laboratory","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本実験は1966～1968年の夏期に海上に浮かべた生簀の中で，未成魚サバに各種の標識を装着し，主として装着方法，標識魚の死亡率，標識の脱落の割合を検討し，同時に実験魚の行動等を観察したものである。1）標識魚は体長の小さい方が死亡率が高く，死亡魚はやせているものが多い。また一定期間蓄養後標識を装着したものは漁獲後ただちに装着したものより死亡率が低い。2）標識装着の操作は背鰭部で矢尻型，次いで迷子札型のビニールチューブひものものが容易で，尾柄部では輪ゴムの装着ひものものが比較的容易であった。しかし矢尻型は死亡率が高く，短期間における脱落もかなりあるので，実際の放流には不適当と思われる。また尾柄部装着のものは背鰭部装着のものに比べ効率が悪かった。3）背鰭部装着の死亡は大部分が5日目までに出現しているが，これは標識装着の直接の影響であろう。尾柄部装着の場合は比較的長期間にわたって死亡が出現している。4）迷子札型標識の脱落はひもの装着がとけたものはまったくなく，背鰭部の脱落は装着部の肉が切れることにより，尾柄部の脱落は装着がゆるいために抜けたり，逆に強くしめたために肉にくい込み，尾の運動により，やがて尾が切れることによる。5）生簀内の実験魚は群をつくり，主に右まわりで遊泳し，標識魚と対照魚との群の分離は認められなかった。ただし魚体の傷のついたものや皮膚のはがれたものは群から離れることが多いので，実際の標識放流にはできるだけ正常な魚体を選ぶことに留意する必要がある。6）未成魚サバをMS222の10,000分の1の海水溶液で麻酔したところ，麻酔時間が6分以内ではすべて正常にもどり，魚体への悪影響は認められなかった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東北海区水産研究所","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Tohoku
