The regression line Y=14.75 (T-7.8) obtained might be employed as a standard of juvenile growth for the abalone between the size at formation of the first respiratory pore to about 30 mm related to temperature below 20˚C under adequate nutritional conditions where Y is the daily shell growth rate (μm/day) and T is the temperature (˚C) exposed.
