| 内容記述 | Undaria pinnatifida is an endemic seaweed distributed in the temperate regions of Japan, Korea and China. It is loved as a tasty seavegetable from old times. The crop in Japan was around 50,000 tons in wet weight per year before 1960. The crop in the recent years increased remarkably and reached to 170,000 tons in 1974, caused by a remarkable progress of the cultivation. This represented overproduction in spite of the decrease of the crop from nature by saving labor by fishermen. The adjustement of production has been made by diminishing the cultivation at present. An experiment of the cultivation by us and an analysis of statistics on the cultivation by fisherman are presented to know the growth and the productivity. The productivity ranges from 5 to 10 or more tons per 1 km of culture rope according to the culture method and culture area. | |||||

| 内容記述 | ワカメは日本,韓国,朝鮮,中国等の温帯に分布する極東特有の海藻で,古くから食用として珍重されている.このワカメは我国では1960年頃までは年間5万トン前後の生産であったが,以後,養殖が行なわれるようになって急増し,1974年には17万トンにも達した.この生産の大部分は養殖によるもので,天然のものの収獲は近年減少が著るしく,また養殖も生産調整が行なわれる様にもなっている.本論文では更に養殖実験の一例と漁業者による生産状況により,ワカメの生長とその養殖の生産性について検討した.養殖による食用ワカメの生産は,その養殖法,漁場によって異なるが,養殖縄1km当り5トンから10トンを越えている. | |||||
