| 内容記述 | The authors ascertained the influences of water temperature, light intensity and photoperiod on the growth and maturation of the gametophyte of Eisenia bicyclis. The gametophyte grows in water temperatures between 8 and 24˚C and matures in water temperatures between 8 and 20˚C. The optimum range of water temperature for maturation of the gametophyte is between 16 and 20˚C. The gametophyte rapidly grows but does not mature at a temperature of 24˚C. The optimum light intensity for growth and maturation of the gametophyte is between 2,000 and 5,000 lux. The gametophyte grows rapidly in light time of 16 and 12 hrs but grows slowly in light time of 8 hrs. | |||||

| 内容記述 | アラメの配偶体の生長と有性生殖器官,胞子体の形成に及ばす水温,照度,光周期の影響を培養実験によって検討した.配偶体は水温8℃から24℃で生長し,4℃では殆んど生長せず,28℃ではやがて死滅する.有性生殖器官は8℃から20℃で形成される.有性生殖器官と胞子体形成のための最適水温は16℃から 20℃ である.24℃ では細胞分裂のみを繰り返し,有性生殖器官を形成することはない.配偶体は照度2,000luxから5,000 luxの範囲で良く生長し,また有性生殖器官の形成も速い.配偶体は明期が16時間と12時間では良く生長し,8時間ではおくれる, | |||||
