| 内容記述 | The annual fluctuations of the catch of Pacific saury (Cololabis saira) in the Sea of Kumano was investgated. The catch of Mie and Wakayama Prefectures continues at the same level untill 1982. From 1912 to 1948 the catch in Mie and Wakayama Prefectures had been ten or more per cent of the saury catch in Japan, but after 1948 it has been less than 5per cent. It is recognized that there is a correlation between yield in Northwest Pacific and catch per unit effort (CPUE) in the Sea of Kumano. An equation was derived from Multiple Regression analysis as follows : Y =- 2.337+0.004 X1 +0.029 X2+0.213 X3-0.156 X4+0.324 X5+0.139 X6 Y is the estimated values of CPUE of the Sea of Kumano, X1 and X2 are the distance from Daio Zaki and Nojima Zaki to current of Kuroshio, X3, X4, X5 and X6 are the number of Nankin, Kogata, Chugata and Ogata per net. | |||||
