| 内容記述 | Effects of methanol extracts from brown alga (Dilophus okamurai) on the behavior of the young abalone (Haliotis discus hannai) were examined. Effects on avoidance behavior were detected with the neutral fraction of the alga extract. Clearer effects were seen with the N-3 fraction of the neutral fraction. The two spatane-type diterpene alchohols isolated from the N-3 fraction, which inhibited the settlement and metamorphosis of the abalone veligers, might also cause be responsible for the avoidance behavior of the young abalones. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | アミジグサ科褐藻フクリンアミジのメタノール抽出物に対するエゾアワビ稚貝(平均殼長25mm)の選択行動を試験した結果,エーテル可溶部の中性部に強い忌避活性が認められた.エゾアワビ被面子幼生の着底,変態阻害物質である2種のスパタン型ジテルペンアルコールを含む中性部の第2次画分N-3部に対して,更に強い忌避活性が認められたことから,稚貝に対する行動規制もこれらの物質によって引き起されるものと考えられた. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
