| 内容記述 | Ayu fingerlings (4g) were fed the control (65% fish meal) and the SCP feed (30% acetic acid-grown yeast + 38% fish meal) with or without supplemental (8.6%) commercial fish feed oil or corn oil in outdoor tanks(water temp. 16.5±1°C) from June to August. After the trial 10% chlorella feed (65% fish meal) as well as the above mentioned feeds were tested with or without the supplemental fish oil (8%) from August to September. Lipids from the trunk flesh, liver, gonad, and other viscera were analyzed in July, August and September. 1. When fish were less than 16g, the best growth rate was obtained by supplementing corn oil, however for larger fish supplemental fish oil resulted in the best growth in both control and SCP feeds. 2. The growth was slower and plasma cholesterol level was lower in the SCP group than in other groups in both cases with or without oil. 3. Lipid contents of the trunk flesh and viscera increased rapidly during July→ August, and the group having high growth rate showed high lipid accumulation. Total cholesterol content in the tissues also increased during July→August. It decreased, however, in the liver, remained stable in the trunk flesh and increased in the viscera during August→September. 4. On fatty acid composition 22 : 6 acid content in the liver increased gradually July→September, and was affected by the 22 : 6 acid content of the supplemental oil. In September 22 : 6 acid levels in the liver of males and females were 10 - 15% and 17-25%, and in the milt and the ovary were 16-24% and 11-17%, respectively. Of trunk flesh lipids 22 : 6 acid content did not change during August→September, and no difference was recognized between males and females either. By supplementing corn oil 18: 2 acid contents in the liver and trunk flesh were remarkably increased. |

| 内容記述 | 水温16~17℃の屋外池において,魚粉およびSCP配合の飼料に市販フィード油およびコーン油8.6%を加え,海産稚アュの成長を比較した。飼育初期の体重10g前後までは,コーン油の添加区の成長が良いが,それ以降はフィード油の添加区が優った。さらに引き続き,魚粉,SCP,および10%クロレラ配合飼料にフィード油8%を加えた試験においても,フィード油添加区は無添加区よりも成長が良かった。したがって海産稚アュの初期には18:2酸,それ以降はω3系不飽和酸の添加が有効と考えられた. SCP飼料区の成長は魚粉飼料区より劣り,血漿中のChol量も低かった。7,8,9月に飼育魚の胴肉,肝,その他の内臓,また9月には血漿および生殖腺の脂質を分析した結果,1.胴肉および内臓の脂質含量は,7→8月に急増し,成長の良い区で高い。組織中の総Chol量も7→8月に増加するが,8→9月には肝では減少し,胴肉では変らず,内臓では増加した。また胴肉の脂質含量(X)と脂質中のChol量(Y)との間には log Y=1.305-0.040Xの回帰式がえられた。2.肝および胴肉脂質の脂肪酸組成においては,SCP飼料およびコーン油中の18:2酸の蓄積が認められた。3.フィード油中の22:6酸の影響は,血漿脂質および8月の肝の脂肪酸組成においては明らかであったが,肝の22:6酸量は7→9月と次第に高く,9月(GSI雄9%,雌6%)では飼料の影響よりも性差が大きく,雄10~15%,雌17~25%であった。また生殖腺の22:6酸量は雄16~24%雌11~17%であった。4.胴肉脂質の22:6酸量は5%以下で,9月においてもほとんど変らず,性差も見られなかった。 | |||||
