In the tank with a suspension of blue-black ink in sea water, the vertical movements of the animals were observed under diffuse light conditions. The majority of larvae 5-7 mm of total length was found in the upper part of 1600-2200 lux of the vertical tank. But, the greater part of juveniles 13-15 mm of total length which move to the bottom of the sea was detected at the lower part of 70-140 lux in light intensity.
