| 内容記述 | In eggs obtained from 2, 3 and 4 year old females rainbow trout, the linear (egg length and breadth, 1/b ratio) and gravimetric (wet and dry weight, water content in swollen eggs) properties were measured, and their variability and skewness of distribution were evaluated; in addition, water content in unswollen (green) eggs and their calorimetric properties were assessed. All these values were compared with (early from fertilizations to eyed-stage, late from eyed-stage to hatch and total) embryo survivals. The early embryo survival was not related to egg quality, and also appeared to be unrelated to the late and total survivals. However the gravimetric properties of eggs showed somewhat better correlated with both late and total survivals than the linear ones. The size of eggs obtained from older females, as compared with younger ones, was greater and their variability was lower. However, the egg size per se did not much influence the embryo survival, whereas it did so - only after separate consideration of the different age-groups. Significant negative correlation were found between water percentage in unswollen eggs, and both late and total survivals. Therefore, for the prediction of embryo survival at hatch, an averaged Quality Indicator based on egg dry weight level within a given age-group and on water percentage in unswollen eggs was preliminarily recommended. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 生後2年,3年,4年のニジマスから個体ごとに得た卵について,卵径(長径,短径)と卵重(吸水後の受精卵重,乾燥卵重)を測定し,平均値,変動係数,歪度を求めた。また,採卵直後の未吸水卵の水分および卵の熱量も合せて測定した。一方,卵の生残率は,受精から発眼まで(前期),発眼からふ化まで(後期),受精からふ化まで(通算)の3種を求め,先に得た卵のそれぞれの値との間の相関関係を調べた。前期生残率は今回の測定で得られたどの値とも相関が認められなかっただけでなく,後期生残率,通算生残率との間にも相関がみられなかった。後期生残率,通算生残率とも,卵重に関する項目の方が卵径に関する項目に比べて相関が高い傾向が見られた。高齢魚の卵は若齢魚の卵より大型であったが,卵の大きさそれ自体は生残率にそれほど影響を与えていないようである。しかし,同一年齢群だけでみると乾燥卵重が大きい方が生残率が高い傾向がみられた。未吸水卵の水分は後期生残率および通算生残率との間に負の相関が認められた。これらのことから,ふ化期の卵の生残率の予測には,同一年齢群中の乾燥卵重の相対的な大きさと未吸水卵の水分にもとづいて求められる平均卵質指数が有効と思われた。 | |||||||||||
