| 内容記述 | The excretory system of bivalves is composed of a pericardial gland, pericardial cavity, heartand kidney. These organs were morphologically compared with one another among thirteen species of the subclasses Pterimorphia, Palaeoheterodonta and Heterodonta – Barbatia virescens, Scapharca broughtonii, Mytilus coruscus, Atrina pectinata, Pinctada fucata martensii, Chlamys farreri, Crassostrea gigas, Cristaria plicata, Anodonta calipygos, Fulvia mutica, Mactra chinensis, Saxidomus purpuratus and Mya arenaria oonogai. These organs revealed many morphological variances, and most of them could be divided into several types corresponding with the systematics well. The pericardial cavity was located at the postero-dorsal region of the body in the three subclasses except M. coruscus in which the cavity was located at the centro-dorsal region. The ericardial gland of Pterimorphia developed on the epidermis of the auricle, while it developed in the pericardial wall and the basal part of the mantle in the other two subclasses. The kidney was connected with the pericardial cavity by the aperture except the order Mytiloida, and three variances were observed in their arrangement. Firstly, in the orders Arcoida, Unionoida, Veneroida and Myoida, the kidney was commonly located from the ventral to the posterior side of the pericardial cavity, although there were slight positional variations among orders. The other two variances were observed in the order Pterioida, the kidney of suborder Pteriina was located at the antero-ventral side and that of Ostreina was the ventral side of the pericardial cavity. On the other hand, the kidney of the order Mytiloida was located separately from the pericardial cavity at the ventral region of the body, and the reno-pericardial canal connected two organs. The structure of kidney differed among the subclasses. The Pterimorphia showed bilaterally paired kidneys, independent (orders Arcoida and Mytiloida), or with a connection of each other (order Pterioida); subclass Palaeoheterodonta had paired kidneys with a folded structure and connection of each other (order Unionoida); subclass Heterodonta showed a single sac-like kidney (order Veneroida and Myoida). | |||||

| 内容記述 | 以下に示す13種の2枚貝について,排泄系を構成する囲心腔,囲心腔腺,心臓および腎の比較解剖を行ったーアカガイ,カリガネエガイ,イガイ,タイラギ,アコヤガイ,アズマニシキガイ,マガキ,カラスガイ,マルドブガイ,トリガイ,バカガイ,ウチムラサキガイ,オオノガイ。囲心腔は,体背側中央に位置するイガイを例外として,一般に体背側後方に位置した。囲心腔腺は翼形亜綱では心房に分布し,古異歯および異歯亜綱の各種では囲心腔壁から外套膜の基部に分布した。腎は,イガイ目を除くと,小孔によって囲心腔と連絡し,それらの配置は3つの形態に分けることができた。フネガイ,イシガイ,マルスダレガイおよびオオノガイの各目では,腎は囲心腔の腹側から後方に位置した。他の2つの形態はウグイスガイ目に見られ,ウグイスガイ亜目では腎は囲心腔の腹側前方,カキ亜目では囲心腔の腹側に位置した。一方,イガイ目では腎は囲心腔から離れて体腹側に位置し,腎一囲心管が両者を連絡した。腎の形態は多様で,翼形亜綱は一対の腎を有し,それらは独立するもの(フネガイ目,イガイ目),連絡するもの(ウグイスガイ目)に分かれ;古異歯亜綱では,一対の腎が折れ曲がった構造を呈し,互いに連絡し(イシガイ目);異歯亜綱では,腎は単一の袋状であった(マルスダレガイ目,オオノガイ目)。 | |||||
