| 内容記述 | Temperature dependence of scale allograft rejection in the rock fish, S. marmoratus was examined using a melanophore on the scale as a marker at 10, 15, 20, 23, 30°C. Destruction of scale allografts was remarkably inhibited at 10℃, but not completely. There is a marked difference between 10℃ and 15°C in the rapidity of rejection. Allografts in the fish maintained at 10℃ for 3 days and then transferred to 23°C were completely destroyed within 5 days after being kept at 23°C. This destruction was more rapid than for grafts initially maintained at 23℃. On the other hand, allograft rejection in the fish kept at 23℃ for 3 days and then transferred to 10°C was delayed and completed 12 days after transplantation. Anamnestic response characterized by a more rapid rejection of allografts was found in all recipient. In the second set allografts, however, adjacent third-party scales were also rejected as fast as scales from the same donor as in the first set. Eyes were transplanted to assess the possibility for the application to the marker in the allograft rejection in the larvae and young adults, which are too small to examine the histocompatibility by the scale transplantation. The eye grafting technique would be applicable as a means to estimate the graft rejection using following signs; crowdeness of lens, blood circulation and falling off of the allografted eyes. | |||||
