| 内容記述 | Heat resistances of the partially purified serum antibodies of kokanee (Oncorhynchus nerka), amago salmon (Oncorhynchus rhodurus) and rabbit immunized by Aeromonas salmonicida strain Gifu were studied. Antisera were fractionated by gel filtration on Sephadex G-200 and the fractions which show high agglutinin activity were used for the heat resistance tests. Sample fractions were heated at temperatures from 40 to 79℃ at intervals of 3℃ for 30 minutes, and agglutinin activity to A. salmonicida was determined. Immunoglobulin M (IgM) of kokanee denatured above 49°C and completely lost agglutinin activity above 64°C. IgM of amago salmon showed similar heat resistance to that of kokanee: it denaturedabove 49°C and completely lost agglutinin activity above 61°C. IgM of rabbit did not denature below 64℃ and lost agglutinin activity above 67°C. IgG of rabbit showed higher heat resistance than IgM: it did not denature below 67°C and did not completely lose agglutinin activity even at 79°C. | |||||||||||
