| 内容記述 | A check list of crustacean Decapoda chromosomal information (to 1987) is presented, which have been compiled and stored as a computerized retrieval data base. Diploid chromosome number of 68 decapods from 26 famlies range from 64 to 376 (average 125). There is little information on the chromosome morphology and/or other karyological characteristics of this group except that their chromosomes are very small (not more than 4 µm). Sex-determining chromosomes have been reported only from one Galateidae and seven Grapsidae species. Data on chromosome number and cellular DNA contents is presently insufficient to confirm the previously suggested hypothesis that evolutionary polyploidy occurred in shrimp phylogeny. | |||||||||||||||||
