| 内容記述 | Lysozyme activity was detected in the homogenates of several organs of the under-yearling bluefin tuna, Thunnus thynnus. High lysozyme levels were observed in serum, stomach and liver, followed by heart, intestine and spleen, whereas appendix pylorica and muscle showed very low lysozyme activity. The group of individuals fed with excess ascorbic acid seemed to have a tendency toward higher lysozyme activity than those of the control feeding group. Differences between the two groups,however, were not significant except for the heart samples (p<0.05), as the activity levels varied markedly among individuals within each experimental group. High correlations in the lysozyme activity among organs were found: the highest correlation coefficient was 0.99, obtained between liver and stomach. This suggests that the lysozymes in these organs are controlled by common mechanisms. Using especially high correlations among a few organs, it is possible to estimate the lysozyme level of one organ from that of another organ or serum. | |||||

| 内容記述 | クロマグロ Thunnus thynnus の当才魚(ヨコワ)における数種の器官のホモジェネートからリゾチーム活性が検出された。高いリゾチーム含量が血清,胃および肝臓で検出され,次いで心臓,腸管,脾臟でも検出されたが,幽門垂および筋肉ではほとんど活性が見られなかった。アスコルビン酸添加飼料を与えたグループは,対照のグループに較べてリゾチーム活性の高い傾向があるように見えた。しかし,同一グループ内での活性の個体差がきわめて大きく,心臓以外の試料では両グループ間で有意な差(p<0.05)が見られなかった。一方,リゾチーム活性には器官の間で高い相関が見られた。相関係数の最高値は肝臓と胃との間の0.99であった。このことから諸器官におけるリゾチーム活性は共通の機構によって制御されていることが示唆された。また2,3の器官におけるきわめて高い相関を利用して,1つの器官,または血清のリゾチーム活性からもう1つの器官での活性を見積もることができる。 | |||||
