| 内容記述 | Okadaic acid, which is known to be a cause of the diarrhetic shellfish poisoning, was tested for its effect on the morphology of primary cultures established from two bivalve species, Mytilus galloprovincialis and Crassostrea gigas. The fish cell line CHSE cells were used as a control. Addition of okadaic acid (10 μg/ml) to the medium induced detachment of both tissue fragment and cells of ventricle of M. galloprovincialis within 2 h. Okadaic acid of the same concentration was found to cause similar phenomena in cultures of mantle and digestive diverticulum of M. galloprovincialis, ventricle of C. gigas, and hemocytes of the both species within one day. Ventricle fragment of M. galloprovincialis detached within one day, while cells which had migrated from the tissue remained undetached when 1 μg/ml okadaic acid was added. The presence of 0.1 μg/ml okadaic acid caused no changes in culture of ventricle tissue of M. galloprovincialis. Addition of 1 and 10 μg/ml okadaic acid also induced detachment of CHSE cells in a dose-dependent way. | |||||
