| 内容記述 | The research reports and projects summarized in this review on genome mapping research of aquatic animals include methods of linkage mapping using RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA), MS (Micro satellite), and AFLP (Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) markers. The genetic databases are now developing explosively on the Internet which is indispensable for references. Referenced WWW sites are shown. The actual genetic mapping situation of some aquacultured species (tilapia, salmonid, cat fish, oyster, shrimp) and experimental fish (fugu, zebrafish, medaka) is discussed. | |||||
