The medium with 100ppm of Inipole EAP22 was slightly whitish and cloudy, but the mediums with less than 10ppm of it were transparent. C. neogralile exposed to Inipole EAP22 over 10ppm and Nitzschia sp. exposed to 100ppm of Inipole EAP22 did not exhibit normal growth. Contraty, growth rate of C. neogralile and Nitzschia sp. increased significantly when they were cultured with 1ppm of Inipole EAP22.
