| 内容記述 | Composition of fatty acids and concentrations of free amino acids in whole body of chum salmon fry were measured at various stages from hatch-out to the mean body weight of 16 g. The tendency of ω3-HUFA of polar lipid was not clear but that of non polar lipid apparently showed gradual decrease with increasing body size. Linoleic acid gradually increased in both lipids. The value of total free essential amino acids or the ratio of total essential amino acids to total nonessential amino acids were highest at swim-up or 0.5 g fry, and rapidly decreased up to the size of 2-4 g, and then gradually increased. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 水温10℃で飼育したシロザケ稚魚の全魚体中の極性および非極性脂質中の脂肪酸組成および遊離アミノ酸含量を孵化時から平均体重16gまでの8段階で測定した。ω3-高度不飽和脂肪酸は極性脂質中では生長との間に明瞭な関係は認められなかったが,非極性脂質中においては成長に伴い減少した。またリノール酸は極性および非極性脂質いずれの場合も漸増する傾向が認められた。総必須アミノ酸量および必須アミノ酸/不必須アミノ酸比は浮上時および体重 0.5gサイズの稚魚で高かったが,2~4gまでは急減し,その後漸増する傾向が認められた。 | |||||
