| 内容記述 | The trawl boards are of the common type used in Japanese bottom trawling. They were developed from the pelagic cambered trawl board designed by Dr. Suberkrub of Germany. This Japanesse trawl board (Figs. 1-2) has a wide shoe plate. In order to ensure stable performance during towing it is so designed that the centre of gravity is at about 30 percent of the total height from the lower edge in the air and about 23 percent in the water. The angle of attack is about 27-28 degrees. An experiment of this trawl board was carried out by the Taka-Maru (small stern trawler, 50 gross tons, main engine 230 ps) in the coastal waters of Japan. The results were as follows. 1) The drag force of trawl board (Süberkrüb type), D (kg-f) is obtained as follows D=1/2CᴅV²Sρ Where S: Area of an trawl board (m²) ρ: Density of sea water (105 kg∙sec²/m⁴) V: Towing speed (m/sec) Cᴅ: Drag coefficient Then Cᴅ of the trawl board used for the experiment is approximately 0.65 in case of sand mud bottom (the angle of attack is about 27-28 degrees). 2) The sheer force of trawl board (Süberkrüb type), L (kg-f) is obtained as follows L=1/2 CʟV²Sρ Where S: Area of an trawl board (m²) p: Density of sea water (105 kg∙sec²/m⁴) V: Towing speed (m/sec) Cʟ: Sheer coefficient And Cʟ of the trawl bloard used for the experiment is approximately 1.2 in case of sand mud bottom (the angle of attack is about 27-28 degrees). | |||||||||||||||||
