| 内容記述 | A slender-body theory for ship motions with finite forward speed is presented. That is an improvement of the interpolation theory proposed by Professor Maruo (1989). The original theory is unsatisfied with following points : three dimensional effects are overestimated for symmetric motions and vanish for antisymmetric motions. Then the author recasts his theory and removes such flaws. The theory is developed for oscillating ships with finite forward speed and expanded to the steady motion problems. | |||||
