One is the original model with ordinary above-water hull form. The other is the modified model without overhaged deck and bow flare above 3. 0 W. L. as showen in Fig. 1. On the other hand, the measured values are compared with the estimated ones by using NSM (New Strip Method). In the estimation procedures, the effect of above-water hull form was not taken into account.
