In the model, the incident wave inclined 30° to the shoreline, the height was 10 cm, and the period was 1.4 sec. Studies were made on the following : 1. Calculation of wave height in the shade-side area of the permeable breakwater, under the storm. 2. Comparision between the permeable type and non-permeable type breakwaters regarding sand sediment. 3. Functions of the tombolo behind the breakwater. 4. Functions of a groin of \"T\" type breakwater. 5. Distance opening of a breakwater from another one. 6.
