| 内容記述 | Field measurement of flow and ecological research on gathering fish were conducted at artificial reef off Tateyama in Chiba prefecture in 1985 following the survey in 1984. The measurement period was from 22 to 24 October. Current meters were moored at 1-3 layers at 4 points, i. e. above the reef, near the reef and far from the reef, and thermometers were placed at 7 layers at 1 point near the reef. At the same time, distribution of fish was observed mainly with automatic televisions set at 3 layers at 1 point above the reef and with a fish sonar. Through the measurement of flow condition, it was clarified that current direction in the reef zone changed dominantly with tidal change and that current velocity near the bottom decreased owing to roughness of the reef. Remarkable thermal fluctuation which would mean influence of internal wave to the reef zone was revealed. With respect to gathering fish, 20 species were observed dominantly at the bottom layer with television, and exchange between pelagic fish and demersal fish was observed through the sonar research according to change of flow and water temperature. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
