| 内容記述 | A field survey and model experiments on the movement and mooring tension of a submerged long line aquaculture system, and model experiments on hydrodynamics of a shellfish culture cage and a collector were carried out under the "MARINE RANCHING PROGRAM" to establish methods for designing a seaworthy submerged long line aquaculture system. The main results are as follows. (1) Drag coefficient CD of a shellfish culture cage and a collector tended to depend on Reynolds number Re. But the relation between CD and Re changed with the binding rate or covering ratio. CD on the taut moored shellfish culture cage was independent of Re, and was between 0.30 and 0.35. (2) The basin knowledge on the movement and mooring tension of the submerged long line aquaculture system under wave conditions was obtained. And the movement of such an aquaculture system in the sea can be estimated from the results of the model experiments. | |||||
