| 内容記述 | A field study was carried out to make clear the water quality change patterns in a pond (30×40×1m) for flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, constructed on a sandy beach. The authers mainly measured water temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration. The water temperature peak occurred at around 2 p.m. near the inlet and outlet, and at around 6 p.m. in the inner part of the pond. DO level fell down to 60% saturation at around 6 a.m. Total DO consumption rate is estimated to be 0.162mg/ l /hr, about 60% of that is due to suspended substances in the water, about 20% due to the flounders, and the rest due to the sediment. | |||||
