| 内容記述 | The composition of amino acid in the pearl oyster and in the plankton was determined by paper chromatography. Thirteen kinds of amino acid were recognized in the meat of the pearl oyster and twelve kinds were determined in the plankton. The former were aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, taurine, glycine, arginine, alanine, proline, isoleucine, leucine, valine, tyrosine and histidine, and the latter aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, taurine, glycine, arginine, alanine, proline, valine, leucine, tyrosine and histidine. It is suggested that the plankton is the main source of amino acids and proteins of the pearl oyster. | |||||
