The weighted rope baskets are placed into the hold unfolded so as to cover the floor. The fish are then thrown into the hold and infused with brine at －17 ℃. The floating frozen fish collect naturally on the rope baskets as the brine is discharged. Finally, the frozen fish in the baskets are transferred to the freezer room by winch.
