| 内容記述 | Recently, it has become a matter of importance concerning a distribution system of the fisheries products in our days, for a fish market price is more rising highly. Many economists put the blame on distribution system and wholesaling regarding this matter. They emphasize the necessity for elimination-tendency of commerce. They say, in this way, a fisherman is guaranteed the possibility of realization of market values and a consumer is able to receive the sea food with the proper prices. But this opinion is lacking in the propriety, harmful moreover for a solution of real problems. They disregard the fact of changes in demand and distribution system for fisheries products under the period of the high economic growth in Japan. The cause of rising in prices should be attributed to another. The commercial capital of fisheries products has been modernized by the development of the public market place. The value and price of the sea food is realized by the wholesaling and the distribution system. This distribution system of fisheries products will rather play an important role than now, under circumstances of the following: (1) possibilities of the fresh and live fish form, (2) existence of a small scale fishermen in large numbers, (3) productivity of the coastal fishery with many kinds of fish though small quantity. | |||||
