| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study is to consider the Soviet Fishery statistically. The results obtained from this examination are as follows. 1) Till the first half of 1970s, the smooth development of the Soviet Fishery were supported by the abundance of fixed funds for the fishing-boat buildings. From the latter half of 1970s on, the funds were invested mainly for the renewal and completion of the buildings, plants and equipments. 2) During 1970s the labor productivity of fishing decreased, due to the hard fishing circumstances. But it has gradually been increased by the investment of fixed funds. 3) Judging from the rate of composition for the cost of production, in recent years the technique for processing marine products in the Soviet has been better. 4) Since 1960s the Soviet has changed from the import country to export one in marine products. Till 1960s the canned fish was the main export. With the popularization of refrigerator the processing and distribution have been changed in many ways. The rate of eating fish in the Soviet went down during 1960s-1970s, due to the increase of the total catch of fish, but after the 1975s it has gradually been increased. 5) Fish is in process of being fixed in consumption life of the Soviet as the one of the animal protein sources. | |||||||||||
