| 内容記述 | With a reference to an official report of the Soviet Government, this paper examines what a policy has been adopted in the fishery of the country after World War II. The examination is made through three periods. In the first period from 1945 to 1965 Soviet Union began to establish deep-sea fishery and build the base of operation. In the second period from 1965 of economic reformation to 1973 Soviet Union paid attention not only to the organization of fishery, but to the resources, environments and utilizations of fish. In the third period from 1974 as the adoptive year of the rules for the integrity of the continental shelf to the present Soviet Union has enforced rigorous regulations in the coastal and inland seas of her country, organizing an integrated system for the useful method of controling resources, and for their reproduction, protection and environmental security. Today Soviet Union encourages her people to work effectively in the international waters, while she utilizes the coastal and inland seas. As for the reproduction of the resources, Soviet Union tells the inside and outside of the country that unless any man tries to reproduce them she never allows him to catch fish. | |||||||||||
