| 内容記述 | Sequence analysis of the intergenic spacer, existing between 16S rDNA and 23S rDNA, was performed on Roseobacter sp. OCh-C1 which was isolated at Otsuchi Bay, Iwate, Japan. The intergenic spacer contained isoleucine tRNA and alanine tRNA like regions. Their structures were very similar to those of Rhodobacter sphaeroides. A non-coding region between the two rRNA genes was defected in Roseobacter sp. OCh-C1. The sequence in the downstream of 3' end of alanine tRNA region was very different between Rhd. sphaeroides and Roseobacter sp. OCh-C1. | |||||
