| 内容記述 | The effects of water temperature on the amount of oxygen uptake, ventilation volume, oxygen utilization at the respiratory organ and gill cilia movement in the topshell, Turbo (Batillus) cornutus were examined. The values of all these parameters increased with the rise in water temperature. From the results, the topshell was supposed to be coping by increasing the ventilation volume and the oxygen utilization at the same time to increase the amount of oxygen uptake with the rise in water temperature, and to directly achieve this by increasing the gill cilia movement in order to increase of the ventilation volume in this case. | |||||
