| 内容記述 | Intracellular lipase production in the mycelia of Aspergillus oryzae IFO 4202 was investigated. The intracellular lipase was produced in the medium without organic acids. Also, intracellular lipase was produced, even when the dextrose was contained in the medium. However, intracellular lipase was not produced in the medium containing organic acid. The results indicated that the inhibitor of intracellular lipase production was not dextrose, but organic acid. On the other hand, the triacylglyceride content in mycelia decreases during cultivation in the lipase-producing media. The results suggested that the intracellular lipase took part in lipid utilization as a carbon source by the cell. | |||||
