| 内容記述 | To obtain fishery biological findings in the spawning period for neon flying squid, Ommastrephes bartrami (Lesueur), the experimental fishing operations, including hand jigging, spoon net scooping and surface drift gillnet operation, were carried out in April-May 1986 and 1987 in the surrounding waters of Izu-Ogasawara islands, being conjectured to be the spawning area. Both CPUE, number of squid taken/man.hr, for the hand jigging and spoon net scooping combined and number of squid caught by the gillnets showed high values at the stations situated in lat. 27˚30'N and 28˚30'N, long. 140˚E and lat. 28˚30'N and 29˚30'N, long. 145˚E. Mature squid among the specimens accounted for fully or nearly 100% in number, while mature males outnumbered mature females, at most of the stations. Dorsal mantle lengths of mature squid caught by the gillnets ranged from 29 cm to 39 cm for male and from 40 cm to 46 cm for female, respectively. Both gonadosomatic index and percentage of oviduct weight to body weight in mature females showed high values at the same stations where both CPUE and catch in number by the fishing operations showed high values as abovementioned. Most of mature females were copulated. From these results, the author conjectured that the spawning areas were lacated in waters of lat. 27˚30'-28˚30'N at long. 140˚E and lat. 28˚30'-29˚30'N at long. 145˚E during the period under consideration. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 産卵期のアカイカの資源生物学的知見を得るために,1986年と'87年の4·5月に,産卵海域と推定されている伊豆·小笠原諸島周辺海域で漁獲試験(手釣り,たもすくい,流し網)を合計22地点で行った。手釣りとたもすくいにおけるアカイカCPUE(漁獲尾数/人·時間)及び流し網(公比約1.14,10種目合48~157mm,各5反合計50反)によるアカイカ漁獲尾数はともに,27°30'Nと28°30'N,140°E及び28°30’Nと29°30'N,145°Eの4地点で高い値を示した。アカイカ漁獲物標本に占める成熟個体の割合は,大部分の地点で100%かそれに近かった。また,これら成熟個体に占める雄の割合は,大部分の地点で雌を上廻った。流し網によるアカイカ成熟個体の外套背長は,雄では29~39cm,雌では40~46cmの範囲にあった。 アカイカ雌成熟個体における生殖腺指数及び輸卵管重量の体重に対する割合はともに,27°30’Nと28°30’N,140°E及び28°30’Nと29°30’N, 145°Eの4地点で高い値を示した。雄成熟個体における生殖腺指数の地点別平均値は6~8の間にあり,地点による差異は特に認められなかった。雌成熟個体における地点別交接率は,1地点を除き,すべて90%以上であった。これらの結果から,この時期のアカイカの産卵水域は,140°Eでは27°30’~28°30’N の水域に,145°Eでは28°30’~29°30’Nの水域にあったと推定した。 |
