| 内容記述 | Gynogenetic diploids were induced in Platichthys stellatus and Limanda punctatissima by treating cold shock to the egg after insemination with sperm genetically inactivated by UV-ray irradiation. Sperm were obtained from Limanda schrenki. The survival rate of embryos inseminated with sperm, irradiated with doses varying from 225 to 16,200 ergs/m2, showed typical "Hertwig effect" and the hatched fry showed haploid syndrom. In eggs treated with cold water (-1.5℃) for one hour at 30 min (P. stellatus) and 20 min (L. punctatissima) after insemination with UV-irradiated sperm, the hatching rate was 5.4 and 20.7% respectively. And about 90% (P. stellatus) and all (L. punctatissima) newly-hatched fry were normal appearance. | |||||||||||||||||
