| 内容記述 | Studies were made of the relation between average number of vertebrae of sandfish in each year class and temperature of coastal water in the period of early development, using samples collected during the spawning season around Hokkaido which represented five populations corresponding to these spawning grounds. It is found evident that the average number of vertebrae tends to increase with water temperature in the period of early development. From the characteristics of annual changes in water temperature during this period, it may be estimated that the sensitive period of sandfish in which the number of vertebrae is determined lies in the period of about 150 D° after fertilization and that, however, the period in which the number of rays in the anal and the pectoral fin is determined differs from the foregoing period. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 北海道周辺のハタハタの主要な5産卵群について、各年級群の脊椎骨数と、その年級群の発生初期の沿岸水温との関係について検討した。各年級群の平均脊椎骨数と、積算水温が受精後150D°に達するまでの期間の日平均水温との関係について調べた結果、平均脊椎骨数は、日平均水温が高いほど多い傾向にあることが認められた。発生初期の沿岸水温の年変化の特徴から、ハタハタについては、脊椎骨数が固定される感受期は、150D°前後の期間に内在すると推定された。しかしながら、臀鰭々条数と胸鰭々条数の感受期は、脊椎骨数のそれとは異なる発生段階にあると考えられた。 | |||||||||||
