| 内容記述 | Using the mark-recapture method experiments were conducted on a sea snail, Neptunea arthritica, in Lagoon Hüren-ko in July 1980. Out of 398 painted snails which had been released at eight points, 28 (or 7%) were recaptured by a trapping basket sunk at a point constituting the center of the eight points. They moved to the trap 10-30 m far from the points of release in 14 days. The recapture rate ranged from 5.0 to 10.7%, varying with the size, 66-89 mm in shell length and 30-77g in body weight; it was also found that little difference existed between recapture rate and size. In another experiment, 15 (or 35%) out of 43 painted snails were rediscovered in the distances of 0.4-9.3 m from the points of release in 24 hours. Meanwhile, the gathering area of a baited trap was presumed to be 1678 m2. The cumulative numerical catch with a trap fits well a cologarithmic curve; the available population estimated from it was 1630 individuals. Consequently, the density. of the stock of snails 35-93 mm in shell length and 4-88g in body weight was calculated to be 0.97 individuals/m2 and 43.6 g/m2. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | つぶ籠に対するヒメエゾボラの行動を知るため,風蓮湖内の2定点で1980年7月に標識放流試験を行った。ひとつの定点では8地点に総数398個体を放流し、それらの放流地点の中心部に1個の籠を沈設し再捕を試みた。その結果,14日間で28個体(7%)が10~30mの距離から蝟集し再捕された。これらの殼長66~89mm,体重30~77gの個体の再捕率は個体の大きさにより5.0~10.7%と変化したが,その差は小さかった。もう一方の定点では43個体を放流し,24時間後に放流地点周辺を観察した結果,15個体(35%)を再発見し0.4~9.3mの移動を確認した。累積漁獲数の余対数曲線回帰から1個の籠による利用可能資源個体数を1630と,また標識放流再捕結果からその籠の誘集範囲を1678m2と推定し,この籠で漁獲された殼長35~93mm,体重4~88gの個体の利用可能資源密度を0.97個体/m2または43.6g/m2と試算した。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
