| 内容記述 | As part of the marine productivity project, megarobenthic samplings were made with a sledge net at a total of 21 sites in Wakasa Bay during the periods of October 1982, June and October 1983. From these samples 660 species of molluscan shells were identified, and their location, depth of occurrance, and condition (dead or alive) were given together with photographs of 441 species. Of the 660 species identified, Gastropoda occupied 447 species (67. 7%), Scaphopoda 6 species (0.9%), and Pelecypoda 207 species (31. 4%). Among them 143 species of Gastropoda, 2 species of Scaphopoda, and 68 species of Pelecypoda are new records from Wakasa Bay. These newly recorded 213 species from Wakasa Bay include 47 species being reported for the first time in the Japan Sea. Species diversity and the abundance of each species in the bay were also described. Molluscan shells were most abundant at 50 to 150 m depth. As bottom type molluscan shells occurred most abundantly in sand and fine sand bottom areas, followed by muddy sand bottom areas. No shells were found in muddy bottom areas. The most abundant shells in this bay were the following 9 species : Nassaria acutispirata, Siphonalia cassidariaeformis, Episiphon yamakawai, Modiolus (Modiolus) margaritaceus, Bathyarca kyurokusimana, Crenulilimopsis oblonga, Carditella hanzawai, Laevicirce soyoae, and Varicorbula rotalis. The depth occurrence of M. (M.) margaritaceus (100m) and C. oblonga (60~80m) found in this study appeared to be much shallower than that of these respective species previously recorded around the coast of Niigata. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 海洋生産力調査の一環として,若狭湾内に設置された21定点について1982年10月,1983年6月及び10月の3回,そりネットを使用してメガロベントス採集調査を行い,混獲物として得られた貝類試料を調べ,資料を整理した.これらの資料に基づき検討した結果,この海域の貝類相について,次の知見を得た.1) 期間中に計660種の貝類が得られ,それらの種類リストと採集定点,水深範囲及び出現点当たり生貝·遺霰別個体数を示すとともに,多数の種名未確定があるのを考慮し441種の写真を示した.2) 採集物の構成内容は,腹足類447種(67.7%),堀足類6種(0.9%),斧足類207種(31.4%)であった.3) 既往の貝類分布に関する諸報告を参考に検討した結果,これまで未確認であった腹足類143種,堀足類2種及び斧足類68種,計213種が,若狭湾内にも生息分布することが明らかになった.また,このうち47種は日本海側での生息分布がこれまで確認されておらず初記録となった.このほか,日本海で採集記録があるものの海域が限定されていた数種について,再発見地の採集状況について述べた.4) 種類数分布及び1種当たり個体数分布を示し,それぞれの多獲地点を述べた. 多獲地点と水深との関係では50~150m,海底底質との関係では中細砂が最も多く,泥砂もやや多いが,泥質は少ない判断された.5) この海域の優先種として,ヒメニシ,マユツクリガイ,ロウソクツノガイ,マメヒバリガイ,ワタゾコエガイ,ナミジワシラスナガイ,ケシザルガイ,ウスシラオガイ及びコダキガイの9種をあげ,それら各種の量的分布について述べた.このうち,マメヒバリガイとナミジワシラスナガイの2種は,多獲水深はそれぞれ100m,60~80mであり,ほぼ同時に調査した新潟県沿岸のそれと比較すると,若狭湾ではかなり浅海に形成されていた. | |||||||||||
