内容記述 | Hekura Islet, Nanatsu Islets and Yome Rock, lying off the Noto Peninsula, as well as their adjacent waters, are known as famous fishing and spawning grounds of the red sea bream in the Japan Sea. The larvae of bream spawned and hatched out in these areas are generally thought to stay in the spawned areas and vicinities in planktonic form for 30 to 40 days before going to the bottom. However, considering the sea currents of these areas, there is doubt as to whether the larvae stay in the spawned areas for such a long period of planktonic life. In order to clarify this question, the author tried to simulate the changing process of the larval distribution by simple principle equations. A square of 60 Km latitudinally by 70 Km longitudinally was set off near the Noto Peninsula as a model area for this simulation analysis. A cell matrix of 2.8x2.8 Km unit was applied to the square. Velocity and direction of the current in each cell (Fig. 4) were calculated by the vector analyses (equations 1~5) from actual GEK observations (Fig. 1), so as to eliminate any slip of points and errors of observation. The larval distribution was considered principally to follow the current and was calculated day by day by equation 6. The terms of equation 6 ; such as current; diffusion coefficient; place, period and amount of spawning ; growth, depth range and mortality of the larvae; were briefly reviewed and sets of their reasonable values were selected. Eight cases of calculations were carried out based on these sets (Table 1). As for the velocities, which were most influential regarding the larval distribution, two set of values were used; one was an actual set of the GEK observations, in odd case numbers, and the other was a set of halves of them, in even case numbers. As the results of the comparison between simulated distributions (Figs. 7~8) and those observed by plankton nets (Fig. 9), the following facts are obtained. 1. Between the two sets of velocities used, the actual set fits better the observation than the set of halves. 2. The larvae hatched out in the main spawning grounds off the Noto Peninsula (Fig. 4) seem to drift in 10 days away from the adjacent waters by the sea current. | |||||||||||

内容記述 | 能登半島沖の舳倉島·七ツ島·嫁礁の付近海域は,日本海有数のマダイの漁場であり産卵場と目されている.それらの海域で産卵·孵化した仔魚は,「同海域付近で30~40日の浮遊生活を送つた後,15ミリ位の大きさになつて,ごく沿岸の水深5~20ィートル位の浅いところにきて海底にすみつく」といわれている. しかし,能登近海における流動などの環境条件を考慮した場合,はたして着底までの長い浮遊期を同海域に留まつて送ることができるのであろうかという疑問が生じる.その点を明らかにする目的で,能登近海における仔魚の拡散過程を単純な基本方程式でシミュレートする試みを行つた.まず,能登半島沖の南北60km,東西70kmの海域をモデル海域とし,同海域の流れを,GEK実測結果(第1図)にもとづくベクトル解析(式1~5)によつて,2.8×2.8km格子ごと(第4図)に求めた(GEK 実測の測点間隔の歪みや測定誤差の補正を行うため).次いで,仔魚は基本的にこの流れにより分布するものと考え,その1日ごとの拡散を式6によつて計算した. 計算に必要な,流れ,拡散係数,孵化の場所·期間·量,仔魚の深度分布·自然死亡·成長などについては,簡単なレヴイューを行い,当てはめるべき妥当な値のくみを選択し,8ケースの計算条件を設定した(第1表).とくに,仔魚の拡散に重要な流速については,実測値とその半分の値の2通りとした.このようにして計算した仔魚の分布(第7~8図)と実測による仔魚の分布(第9図)を比較し,次の結果を得た.1.2つの流速値のうち,実測値の方が実際の分布とよく適合する.2. 能登半島沖の主産卵場(第4図)で孵化した仔魚は,10日位の間にそのほとんどがモデル海域の外に流出する. | |||||||||||
