| 内容記述 | MASON (1965), HONMA.MIZUSAWA (1966), FUKATAKI (1968a, b), KOYAMA et al (1978), KOYAMA (1979), HONMA.KITAMI (1980) and KONNO (1980) have already reported a total of thirteen catch records of chinook salmon, Oncorhynchus tschawytscha, in the Japan Sea. The authors newly collected thirteen catch records and carried out biological examinations on a few specimens. Then the origins of the chinook salmon caught in the Japan Sea were discussed. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) During 1974 and 1976, four catch records of chinook salmon were detected from "masu" in old market invoices by its size or photographs as a key. 2) In 1979 and 1980, six chinook salmon were found each year. This number is the highest as the annual chinook salmon catch in the Japan Sea. 3) The catch record in the coast of Ootani, Fukui prefecture suggests the southernmost limit of the distribution of chinook salmon in the Japan Sea. 4) Since the locations moved southward in 1979 and 1980, southward migration of the fish in the Japan Sea was presumed. 5) All chinook salmon caught in the Japan Sea were larger than 10kg in body weight. Both fishes caught in 1979 at Kamo, Yamagata prefecture and Senami, Niigata prefecture, and one fish caught in 1980 at Kamo, Yamagata prefecture were considered to be of the same year class. Because, the former two fishes were 1.4 years old and the latter fish was 1.5 years old. 6) The relationship between the good catch of chinook salmon and the expansion of the cold water area, which was observed in 1963 along the coast of Ibaraki prefecture (FUJIMOTO 1965) was not detected in the Japan Sea. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 日本海におけるマスノスケの漁獲記録は,現在までに MASON(1965),本間·水沢(1966),深滝(1968 a,b),小山ら(1978),小山(1979),HONMA·KITAMI(1980)および今野(1980)により合計13例が報告されている.今回,筆者らはそれ等の記録以外の13尾の漁獲事例を収集し,数尾の標本の生物測定を行つた.そして,日本海に来遊するマスノスケの起源等に関して若干の考察を加え,以下の結論を得た.1. 1974年から1976年の間に,新潟県佐渡島において,4尾のマスノスケの漁獲記録が新しく確認され追加された.2. 1979年と1980年にはそれぞれ6尾のマスノスケが漁獲された.これは日本海における一年間のマスノスケの漁獲尾数としては最高の数である.3. 1979年5月31日の福井県河野村大谷における漁獲記録は,日本海沿岸におけるマスノスケの分布の南限を書き変えたことになる.4. 1979年および1980年において,マスノスケの漁獲位置は時期を追つて,地理的に北から南へ移る傾向があり,魚群の南下移動が想定された.5. 漁獲されたマスノスケはいずれも体重が10kgを超す大型個体であつた. 1979年5月4日に山形県加茂で漁獲された全長108.3cm,体重16.75kgの個体,および同年5月16日に新潟県瀬波で漁獲された全長101.7cm,体重15.6kgの個体は,いずれも淡水域で1年,海洋で4年を過した1.4年魚であつた.また,翌年5月8日に,同じく山形県加茂で漁獲された全長114.5cm,体重20.0kgの個体は1.5年魚で,前年に漁獲されたマスノスケと同一年級群であつた.6. 1963年に太平洋側の茨城県沿岸でみられた冷水域の拡大とマスノスケの多獲現象との対応は,日本海ではみられなかつた.7. 本州日本海沿岸に来遊するマスノスケの起源河川は,鱗相等から判断すると,日本海に面した大陸側の低緯度地方に存在すると推定された. | |||||||||||||||||
